Casa Ma is a residential project carried out with Elías Rizo Arquitectos and with Ing. Rodolfo Ojeda from Plangral Construction. The objective was to create a pleasant atmosphere for coexistence, where clients could develop, rest and share this space with family and friends.

The house, provided with wide spaces, is distributed over three floors; the ground floor has a double-height entrance hall, bar, living room, breakfast room and dining room, which, thanks to a full-opening window, manages to blend in with the terrace, where the terrace bar, dining room and living room are, accompanied of a large garden, pool and jacuzzi with a 180 degree view.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, including; the main one and one for visitors, as well as a gym and a study room. Finally, the basement is a large space with a garage and an exhibition carport, which is joined by a terrace and a clubhouse; this area has a separate entrance from the rest of the house.

As for the interior design, a timeless style was defined, for this purpose a palette of neutral colors was selected such as: gray, beige, and monochrome tones. Textures were played with in the cushions, rugs and furniture, using materials such as: skins, stone, metals and ceramics, which imprint dynamism and highlight the contrast between the diversity of textures. The selected furniture is practical, durable and easy to clean, 70% of it was made especially for the project, for example, the dining room table and dresser; made with leather, wood and steel.

The creative spirit with which each space of Casa Ma was made, manages to consolidate itself in a residence where the remarkable work of interior design and architecture merge with the identity and good taste of the client, transmitting warmth, sophistication and harmony._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
