Casa Virreyes was a remodeling and collaboration project between Estudio ALA and VP Interiorismo, with the need to break certain conventional rules and create a residence with multiple social areas.
Each space was designed individually, providing it with different and special elements.
In this minimalist residence, the spaces are distributed through four levels.
On the first level there is, in addition to the living room, bar and dining room, a family room and a terrace with a garden, on the second level there is the garage and the kitchen. The third level has three bedrooms and a study. The fourth level has a bedroom, laundry area, and a terrace with a view.
