About the project
From the first step inside Colinas, the home reveals a clear narrative: a residential space designed in Guadalajara to be lived with intention, where every detail responds to the way of life of those who call it home. This project emerges as a contemporary interpretation of comfort, balancing clean lines with timeless materials that bring character, warmth, and permanence.
The experience begins at the double-height entryway, an architectural gesture that brings a sense of openness and hierarchy to the journey through the home. The verticality of the space allows natural light to flow generously, visually connecting the different areas and anticipating the open relationship between the living room, dining room, and terrace. This integration creates a continuous and harmonious atmosphere, ideal for everyday living and social gatherings.
The contemporary language of the project is enriched by the constant presence of wood, used as a unifying element throughout the interior design. Its texture and tone soften the architecture and bring a sense of authentic home, creating a natural balance between modernity and timelessness.
